Desmond Cake Smash I Kirksville, MO

It was a dream to meet up with the Rissler's for Desmonds one year photos and cake smash! I loved that little newborn back then, and I am smitten by him now. He is the cutest little boy with the dreamiest blue eyes. Oh, and I hope you get an idea of how much he loves cake! Happy One Year Desmond!

Rissler Family I Kirksville, MO

Can we take a moment to appreciate the lighting?! The beautiful sun was on point that morning, but so was the heat. The Rissler Family did awesome despite the warn weather. They had big smiles, lots of laughs, and fun ideas!

I was honored to capture Desmonds newborn photos along with some family photos last year. It was an amazing experience then, and it was a joy to meet up with them again this year. I love being able to work with this sweet family. They are some of the kindest people!

I hope you get a feel of their loving personalities from these photos. They truly are some of the sweetest!

Beal Family I Kirksville, MO

I loved being able to photograph this family! They were a dream to work with last year, and they were so much fun to hang out with at Thousand Hills this year. We had a lot of fun hiking around the beautiful park. I hope you enjoy this adorable family!

Jacobs Family I Kirksville, MO

I was lucky enough to photograph this good family while they were visiting Kirksville, MO. They have lived in Kirksville for many years but they recently moved to Texas. I know that there were many who were sad about the move away from here. They are one of a kind family who is nice, caring, and so much fun!

Matthew + Aubrey I Kirksville, MO

I was lucky enough to take engagement pictures for this adorable couple! They were brave enough to begin during the early morning hours to get the cool weather and rising sun! Even with the heat, they were smiling and laughing. You can tell that they love each other so much! It was adorable!  They are as beautiful on the inside as the out. Congrats you two!!

Potter Family I Kirksville, MO

The Potters are a great family! I have noticed that they are always the first to extend a hand of friendship to those around them. They are such wonderful friends and great people to know! It was a pleasure to photograph their family as they embark on a new phase of life!

Callum 1 Year I Scottsdale, AZ

We were lucky enough to meet this cute family two years ago in Clinton, NC. Mine and Kimber's husbands were both interns at the hospital in this small town. It was so much fun to experience our first year of residency, living in a small town away from home, and pregnancy together. I was lucky to be asked to capture their little boy's one year old photos while we were in town. I love this little guy SO much! He is as chill, adorable, and sweet as they come!

Baby Finley I Kirksville, MO

The Thatchers are some of our dearest friends! They lived across the street from us for the past year, and it has been a dream! We loved getting together for dinners, play dates, and parties. The two girls were obsessed with each other, and they would run across the street to play! It was adorable! We were so happy for them to welcome another beautiful baby girl to their family!

Mitton Wedding I Mesa, AZ

Happy ONE Year Anniversary!!

Rachel has been my best friend since we were in 4th grade. We have been through it all together! She is one of the most loyal, fun, talented, hilarious, sweet, and caring people. I am so glad that she was able to find her match. I hadn't met Johnny until their bridal pictures, and I was a little nervous. Who was this guy that would marry my best friend? Within seconds of meeting him, I could tell that he adores her. It was so sweet watching these two interact, and I could tell they are perfect together. I am so happy for them, and they are going to do great things!

I wanted to share a few of the pictures that I captured of their wedding festivities last year. Rachel had a wedding photographer, Ashton Nicole (Mesa Wedding Photographer), for her bridals, but I was able to tag along for it. I couldn't help but snap a couple (maybe A LOT) of the bridals. It was so magical....the morning light, the love for each other, the dress, wedding bells in the air! I was asked to photograph some of the reception, so I will share a few of those too!

Thanks again Johnny and Rachel for letting me be a part of you day!

Vause Boys I Kirksville, MO

This family has been angels to us in Kirksville! They are always serving, caring, and loving those around them. We feel so grateful for their friendship! Our little girl adores these boys!! She asked for them many times since they have moved. Its always sad to see friends go, but they have made a lasting impression on us!

Baby Everly I Kirksville, MO

These two adorable girls are now BIG SISTERS to a beautiful baby girl! I loved being able to photograph this family, especially this sweet newborn. There is nothing more special, tender, and heavenly like a newborn baby! Thank you again Allen Family for allowing me to be a part of this special time!

Allen Girls I Kirksville, MO

Before adding a new baby to the family, their mom wanted to capture her beautiful girls during this season of life. It was sweet to see their relationship with one another. They are great sisters and friends to each other! I am sure their new baby sister will fit right in with these two fun, loving, and adorable sisters! Thank you again Allen girls for letting me capture your cute personalities!

Vause Family I Kirksville, MO

If you haven't tasted Kassidee's bread then you haven't tried the best homemade bread. Making bread is not her only talent, but she is incredibly thoughtful, fun, and smart. When we first moved to Kirksville, their family helped us move our stuff, and they gave a warm welcome into the area. They have been such great friends, and we admire their adorable family so much!

I was so excited to find out that she was the winner of the giveaway a few months back. She wanted to save her free family session until her boys got a little bigger. It turned out to be perfect because we were able to do a shoot at the Fouch's Christmas Tree Farm in Kirksville. If you are in Kirksville, and you haven't been to this site then it is a must! You can pick and cut your tree down for under $30, and its a fun family outing. I loved being able to photograph this cute family in a perfect setting, even if it may have been a little cold!

Jackman Family I Kirksville, MO

These kiddos are some of my favorites at church. They are so sweet, and they always come to say "hi". I think they are such an adorable family, especially that Sawyer. And if you have ever met Amber then you are probably as blown away with her as I am! They are such a great family!

Beal Family I Kirksville, MO

Ever since I moved to Kirksville, I have been hearing about the Beal Family. Several people told me that this family is nice, fun, and talented. It was great to finally meet them over a mini session and see for myself. Within 5 minutes of meeting them, I understood just what everyone was saying. They are an amazing family! Their love for each other is undeniable, and they make you feel better just by being around them. It is definitely one of my favorites from 2016!

Udall Family I Kirksville, MO

I am playing a little catch up from my fun Mini Sessions in 2016! The Udall Family was my first for the weekend, and it could not have gone any better. This family is picture perfect, and their kids are the cutest! (I may be a little partial because they're family.) I loved being able to capture their family during this season of life!

Baby Evelyn l Kirksville, MO

Is there anything more precious than a newborn baby? I don't think so. It was such a special opportunity for me to capture Baby E a couple weeks ago. It was almost a year from when I had my little girl, so it brought back all sorts of emotions. I love the newborn snuggles, smell, and sweet sighs. It is special to photograph these precious spirits who come straight from heaven.
